this is the wedgetail eagle and his keeper - i think he loved her.
he was so affectionate to her. remarkable. i think from memory they had only been training together for a short time - a few months. this was my fave photo from the day. * so many comments have stemmed from this one image. really moving words that make me so proud to be able to share the image with you. there have also been deviations inspired by this one photo. i will be linking them here as i can.
